Chapter Bio
We are Centennial IPMS of Colorado Springs! Our club was founded in the late sixties by a small group of dedicated model geeks. Their desire was to be able to meet up and pass on their knowledge of scale modeling- share tips-ideas with friends and fellow club members , especially younger modelers new to the hobby. Today, this is still our primary mission as well as giving back to the community, helping the needy and unfortunate through food drives, raffles etc. All are welcome.
We meet the last Wednesday of the month at the Salvation Army located at 908 Yuma Street, Colorado Springs.
Club accomplishments:
Host of citywide regional and national contests between 1992-2013
Contributor to Care and Share and Toys For Tots each holiday season
