Welcome to the IPMS/USA National Convention Registration Page. Here you can register for the 2023 IPMS/USA National Convention. You can also purchase tours, paid seminars, banquet tickets, t-shirts, hats, and extra pins. Please take a moment to go through the registration options from top to bottom and plan what you want to do. Then go back to the top and make your selections one by one. At the end you’ll be able to review your selections and select how you want to pay for what you have selected. Make sure you have covered everything- once you complete registration you can only make changes by contacting the convention registrar at dmontgomery8327@sbcglobal.net. We will email you a copy of your selections when you finish registration. We look forward to seeing you in San Marcos, Texas!

Please keep in mind that anything that you purchase/order on this page will be delivered to you when you check in at the convention. We will not mail any items – T-shirts, hats, pins to name a few – to any members as we do not have the staff to support this.

Registration

Base fee:

Adult IPMS/USA Member – $55.00
Adult member registration. Includes full access to vendor, display and contest rooms, seminars, and unlimited model entries in the contest. Three guests allowed per registration.
Adult Proxy IPMS Member – $35.00
Adult member proxy registration. If you can't attend the convention and want to enter models in the contest that another attendee will bring for you, use this registration type.
International IPMS Member – $55.00
Members of IPMS organizations outside the USA. Includes full access to vendor, display and contest rooms, seminars, and unlimited model entries in the contest. Three guests allowed per registration.
Junior IPMS Member – $25.00
Junior member registration(up to age 17)for Junior IPMS members worldwide. Includes full access to vendor, display and contest rooms, seminars, and unlimited model entries in the contest.
Junior Proxy IPMS Member – $20.00
Junior member registration(up to age 17)for Junior IPMS members worldwide who are unable to attend the convention, but want to enter the contest. Another attendee must bring the models to the Convention.
